"I had three criteria for choosing a name for our company. It must be easy to say, easy to remember, and evoke a sense of what we do. While our company doesn't have a plane, a runway or a control tower (although that is a propeller in our logo), we do have a passion for piloting organizations and individuals through the turbulence of the changing world of work. We help them find their sense of direction, command their destiny, navigate, experiment, and soar beyond their expectations."
